Q72 Capital develops portfolio optimization and validation technology for professional investment decision-makers.

Our platform enables wealth managers, independent asset managers, family offices and other investment professionals to compare different portfolio-construction methodologies under identical mandates and validate their robustness using historical and out-of-sample analysis.

We are looking for an experienced B2B sales professional to acquire and close paying clients in the professional investment industry.

What you will do

• Identify suitable wealth managers, family offices, EAMs, asset managers and other professional investment firms
• Establish contact with CIOs, Heads of Investment, Portfolio Managers, Managing Partners and other senior decision-makers
• Conduct qualification calls and product demonstrations
• Understand each firm’s current portfolio-construction and validation workflow
• Position Q72 within that workflow
• Manage objections, commercial negotiations and follow-ups
• Move qualified opportunities through the complete sales cycle
• Close and hand over paying client accounts

This is a full-cycle sales role. It is not an SDR position and is not focused on measuring activity through emails sent, calls made or meetings booked.

What we are looking for

You should have relevant experience selling software, data, analytics or investment-related solutions to professional financial institutions.

Relevant client experience may include:

• Wealth managers
• Independent Asset Managers and EAMs
• Family offices
• Asset managers
• Investment consultants
• RIAs
• OCIOs
• Private banks

Experience in WealthTech, institutional FinTech, portfolio analytics, risk software or asset-management technology is particularly relevant.

An existing professional network within one or more of these segments is a strong advantage.

What success looks like

Success is measured through:

• Qualified commercial opportunities
• Progress with relevant decision-makers
• Completed product evaluations
• Signed and paid client contracts

We are looking for someone capable of selling a sophisticated financial product through credible commercial conversations—not generic, high-volume SaaS scripts.

Contract and compensation

This is a paid, self-employed independent-contractor engagement.

Compensation is commission-only. There is no base salary, guaranteed minimum compensation or employment relationship.

Commission is earned on eligible client contracts personally originated and successfully closed, subject to the agreed written commission terms. The commercial terms, attribution rules and payment schedule will be provided before the engagement begins.

Applicants must be legally entitled to provide independent professional services and are responsible for their own applicable taxes, insurance and statutory obligations.

No application fee, investment, product purchase, capital contribution or recruitment of additional sales partners is required.
