As a **Sales Agent**, you’ll play a key role in strengthening customer relationships while identifying opportunities to add value through smart product recommendations.

• Calling existing German-speaking customers \*\*(warm leads only)\*\*
• Advising on printers, cartridges, toners, and office supplies
• Recommending alternative or home-brand products where relevant
• Identifying upselling opportunities (bundles, larger quantities, better-value deals)
• Ensuring accurate and smooth order processing
• Collaborating closely with your team to deliver great customer experiences
