Account Executive (f/m/d) German Speaking - AI SaaS Start-up

We maximize product availability with minimal cashflow investment in 1/10 of the time.

We solve a real problem for SMEs. With AI.

The problem we solve: Mid-size Shopify brands lose revenue and cash to stockouts and inefficiencies every day. They can see the problem. They can't fix it fast enough.

What VOIDS does: VOIDS is the AI brain for mid-size Shopify brands. We forecast demand at the product level, catch stockouts and inefficiencies before they happen, and tell e-commerce teams exactly what to do — or execute it automatically with a click.

The result: 98% inventory efficiency. 20x ROI. Six-figure cash unlocked. Within weeks.

Traction: Launched June 2023. Since then: 300% growth, 1B+ data points processed, €2M+ ARR, 50+ brands live, including Hyrox, 6pm, Creamyfabrics, and NatureHeart. Now targeting €10M ARR by 2028.

Where we're going: Today we own demand forecasting and stock management. Tomorrow: fully autonomous AI-driven procurement. We're not building features — we're rebuilding how modern commerce operates.

Why join now: We're a small, fast team where every hire shapes the company's trajectory. You'll work directly with Jannik and Tobias, two founders who live and breathe e-commerce and AI, and own how we win and grow the accounts that fund the next stage of the company. This isn't a quota-filling seat. You'll build the commercial engine for a fully AI-driven future.

With high autonomy. At real impact. With real ownership.

We're just getting started — want to build it with us?

Tasks

As an Account Executive , you'll own the full commercial relationship with the brands that fuel VOIDS' growth. You won’t just hit a number, but architects how VOIDS goes from two-figure to four-figure customer counts, building the sales infrastructure for hyper-growth and growing into a Sales team lead within two years.

• Provide strategic insight, analyzing client performance and showing decision-makers exactly how VOIDS solves their pain and drives measurable business improvement
• Collaborate closely with the founders, engineers, scientists and customer success to deliver a seamless customer experience, and feed insights back to sharpen our offering
• Pioneer new business in a largely untapped market: experiment with targeting, messaging, and process, and set up profitable partnerships in other markets (GTM Europe and USA).
• Build the sales playbook and infrastructure that lets us scale the team, influencing the trajectory of VOIDS as we expand across e-commerce
• Represent VOIDS on the biggest stages in e-commerce events (K5, NewCom, OMR in the DACH region, and other major US commerce events ex. Ecom Roundtable in San Diego)
