Collaborate with the broader Commercial Finance team to build and maintain sustainable "shadow P&L" reporting for growth segments (prospectively utilizing Anaplan). Support buy-side M&A projects by assessing target financials and evaluating business models within the context of our own operational data to complement external due diligence advisory work. Structure and drive the post-acquisition financial integration of newly acquired businesses from an FP&A perspective, ensuring data alignment, standardizing KPIs, and incorporating new entities into central forecasting and reporting processes. TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE: 5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Management Consulting, or Transaction Advisory. Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience. Advanced financial modeling capability and strong data manipulation skills.
