Qualifikation

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales leader with a proven track record in team management, as well as budget and revenue responsibility.

• Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on sales or business administration.
• 7+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within complex, consultancy-driven services in the energy or sustainability sector.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, combined with the motivation and ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
• Previous responsibility for budgets and revenue, or a strong willingness to assume this responsibility in a senior role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong closing mindset, a structured approach to work, and a high level of reliability and professionalism.
• Mandarin as your native language, combined with business-fluent proficiency in English.
