• **Degree in Engineering or Mathematics/Physics, or Business Administration**- At least **1 to 3 years** **of professional experience** in product management, business development, customer engagement, or data analysis within the technology industry - Familiarity with **Infineon’s portfolio and platforms**, and capability to develop in-depth expertise based on

customer requests- **Export Control Expertise**: knowledge of product classification, export licenses, technology transfers, compliance reporting, and advisory support- **Strong Analytical Mindset**: Extensive experience with reporting, inventory analysis, reconciliation activities, CRM troubleshooting, SAP, and Excel-based data analysis- **Supply Chain & Operations Background:** Order processing, shipping, customs coordination, logistics, and customer-facing operations- Fluent in **German** and **English**- **Proactive approach** and capability to adapt to dynamic responsibilities in a new, growing team; being a positive team player is a must- Experience working in **cross-functional teams and customer engagemen**t, including experience with customer relationship and portfolio management- **Willingness to travel** internationally and engage directly with key customers- Excellent **communication** ability, with fluency in German and English; French and/or Italian as a plus- Proven expertise in **data management and elaboration**, as well as capability to develop and deploy data management systems in short order- **AI expertise** in elaborating data sets at  corporate level, with programming language and agentic AI exposure
