The ideal candidate combines deep semiconductor expertise with strong leadership capabilities, thrives in a global environment, and inspires cross-functional teams to achieve outstanding business results.

• A Master’s degree in **Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science**, or a related technical discipline. A PhD or additional business or management qualification is a plus- A minimum of **6 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry**, with proven experience in at least two interrelated areas, such as **Product Development, Process/Technology Development, Process Integration, Quality Management, or Production Management**- Deep understanding of **wafer manufacturing technology, assembly processes, and product development**- Strong analytical expertise, including **data analysis and visualization, statistical methods/process control, and manufacturing data systems/database tools**- Demonstrated experience **leading technical initiatives or projects** and driving results through stakeholder management, influence, and technical leadership- Strong **communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills**, with a structured, proactive, and results-oriented approach- Experience working in **international and cross-functional environments**, with the ability to influence without direct authority- **Excellent English and German** communication and presentation skills
