Your tasks

Role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Leading the strategic development and growth of Avvale's SAP Practice in Germany.
Driving SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, with a particular focus on Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and/or Production Planning (PP).

Supporting clients in designing and implementing innovative, scalable, and future-proof SAP solutions.

Expanding and continuously enhancing our SAP consulting portfolio in line with market trends and client needs.

Identifying and developing new business opportunities to drive sustainable business growth.

Contributing to Avvale's long-term business strategy and strengthening our position in the German market.

Leading, mentoring, and developing the local SAP Operations team, strengthening its capabilities and providing senior-level oversight of projects.

Coordinating and aligning client business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Supporting pre-sales activities, including client workshops, solution design, effort estimations, and proposal development.

10+ years of working experience in delivering SAP Solutions;
Experience in green field projects, rollouts and S/4hana and system conversation;
A strong expertise in at least one of SD, MM or PP/Manufacturing modules, combined with broader end-to-end Supply Chain knowledge, would be ideal.
Experience in team/practice leadership;
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in large teams and ability to interact confidently with senior customer stakeholders, including international ones;
Experience in SAP consulting company and exposure to the German mid-market/manufacturing sector would be highly preferred;
Proficient in German and in English;
Structured and extremely precise way of working;
Flexible, open-minded and team player with strong communication skills;
Availability to travel.
