Demand Planner (all genders)

YOUR PROFILE

• You have at least 2+ years of experience in demand planning or supply chain management, with a proven track record of improving forecast accuracy in a manufacturing or FMCG environment - this is a must-have for the role.
• It's a big plus if you have worked in the supplement, aromatherapy, cosmetics, wellness, or a similar product-driven environment.
• Functional/Technical Skills: You're an expert at translating forecasts into efficient operations, aligning with key stakeholders, and ensuring products are available at the right time without overstock or shortages.
• You hold a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You're confident working with ERP systems like Odoo, SAP. Oracle and you're highly proficient with forecasting and inventory planning tools.
