Working Hours : Full-time, 100% FTE, 40 hours per week with reduced working hours in the school holidays

Salary Placement : Dependent on years of experience and based on in-house tariff agreement

Tasks

• To support and assist Primary leadership with appointments, calendar management, correspondence, meeting and document preparation, as well as contributing to the planning, organisation and implementation of PYP projects
• To promote and safeguard the welfare of all children and young people in your care and adhere to the school’s Child Protection policies
• To allocate cover for Primary faculty and to create and maintain the Primary Duty schedule
• To administer Primary students’ attendance and notifications to parents
• To create and update operational forms on the Staff Portal
• To support Primary School events, including PTS conferences set-up and provide office translation into German
