Salary (estimate)
Full-time reference: €44,000–€75,000/year
Location: Remote / Europe
Type: Full-time or part-time – open to experienced students
Experience: Minimum 2 years hands-on B2B lead generation experience
GoodsTag is a European technology company helping manufacturers and brands digitize product information and comply with new EU product regulations.
A major focus is the Digital Product Passport (DPP): upcoming EU requirements that will require many products to carry digitally accessible information about their composition, origin, sustainability, compliance, repair or recycling — typically accessible through a QR code.
We work across industries including batteries, textiles, electronics, consumer goods and packaging.
These new regulations create a fast-growing market for solutions connecting product data, compliance and digital consumer information.
You will manage and continuously improve our lead generation activities across several channels:
Market → target companies → decision-makers → message → channel → conversation → meeting → sales opportunity
and use the results to improve our lead-generation engine.
You have at least 2 years of practical experience in B2B lead generation, growth or outbound sales development. You can be an experienced student - what you have actually done matters more than your degree.
You should be comfortable communicating directly with B2B prospects, including senior decision-makers.
Excellent written English is essential. German, French, Italian or other European languages are an advantage.
True Remote & Flexibility: Work 100% remotely from anywhere in Europe. We offer flexible arrangements (full-time or part-time) to suit your lifestyle, making it ideal even for experienced students.
High Autonomy & Impact: You will have significant freedom to experiment, test new approaches, and actively shape our scalable lead-generation engine.
Modern Tech Stack & AI: Work with cutting-edge tools and test new acquisition methods, including AI-assisted outreach, ChatGPT advertising, Apollo, and HubSpot.
Purpose & Growth: Join a European tech company in a rapidly growing market driven by new EU product regulations like the Digital Product Passport (DPP).
Result-Oriented Culture: We value real outcomes over vanity metrics—your success is measured by meaningful conversations and sales opportunities, not just email opens.
The profile we want
We are looking for someone hands-on, analytical, curious and commercially minded.
You should enjoy testing new approaches, measuring results and improving them. Success will not be measured by connections, impressions or email opens, but primarily by qualified conversations, meetings and ultimately sales opportunities generated.
You will have significant freedom to experiment and help us build a scalable lead-generation engine in a rapidly developing European market.
