• Organise workshops, planning sessions, reviews and decision meetings, and follow up consistently on actions, stakeholder contributions and unresolved questions.
• Facilitate the collection and documentation of business requirements, process knowledge, rules, exceptions and acceptance criteria, identifying missing or contradictory information before it blocks implementation.

• Coordinate governance and lifecycle documentation, including EU AI Act documentation and risk-assessment activities, with the responsible business, technical and governance stakeholders.
• Support go-live readiness and continuous improvement by coordinating operational handovers, stakeholder feedback, change requests, incidents, evaluation findings and agreed optimisation measures.

• Degree in Project Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field; equivalent practical experience is equally welcome.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Technical Project Management, technical delivery coordination, Business Analysis in a software environment, preferably SaaS
• Experience coordinating software, automation, data or other technology initiatives across business and technology teams.
• Sufficient technical understanding to follow discussions about APIs, data flows, cloud components, logs and system dependencies, and to ask the right questions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to structure complex information, navigate ambiguity, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and ensure reliable follow-through on actions, deadlines, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Fluent English is required; German language skills are a plus.

Our Environment

Programming Languages

Erfahrungsberichte

Wiktoria van Harneveldt

Software Engineer

I’m Wiktoria, a Software Engineer in the Consumer Membership Team of the Consumer Domain. I started working at Trusted Shops back in 2022. I really appreciate the culture of fostering education at TPS, we get the opportunity to learn new things or get support to do that outside the company as well. I get to talk to people from different departments, which enables me to own my work and gather new experiences. The guilds at Trusted Shops are a great way to give back and help coworkers, like the Women in Tech or Frontend Guild. I recommend Trusted Shops to anyone who doesn’t want to stop growing and wants to meet amazing people!

Dariia Spychak

Backend Developerin

Software Engineer

I’m Jasmin, a Software Engineer in the Questionnaire Team, and I’ve been with Trusted Shops since 2022. I build features that help our customers collect and use user feedback effectively, working closely with Product and Design from the first idea to golive. I love the mix of technical challenges, ownership, and seeing the real impact of our work. Our team is open, supportive, and collaborative — a place where questions and ideas are always welcome. Trusted Shops truly invests in personal growth and continuous learning. As a woman in tech, I feel empowered and well-supported, especially through initiatives like the Women in Tech Guild, which give us space to connect and shape meaningful change.Diversity isn’t just a buzzword here — it’s part of the culture.

Marcel Münchrath

Data Analyst

Product Manager

I'm Nata, Product Manager in the Questionnaire Team of the Business Domain. I've been at Trusted Shops since 2025 and I still notice how much I enjoy working here every day. What motivates me every day is our team. We have an atmosphere that doesn't feel like a given. People help each other, communicate openly and transparently, and you can tell that everyone wants to make an impact and build great products. You can feel exactly that beyond your own team as well. Collaborating with colleagues or other teams never feels like an effort, but like working together towards a shared goal. That makes all the difference for me. If you're looking for an environment where you can work with amazing people on meaningful products, I can wholeheartedly recommend Trusted Shops!

Most of all, I appreciate the supportive and open atmosphere within the company. The team culture is built on mutual respect and knowledge sharing. Moreover, as a woman in tech field, I feel empowered here through various initiatives - from Women in Tech guild to Female Speaker Sessions. If you are someone who loves to solve problems and wants to work in a place where your colleagues genuinely care about your growth, you are at the right place here!
