• 3-5+ years of experience in Partner Management, Business Development, Affiliate Marketing, or Sales, ideally within the Spanish market and with an established agency network.
• Strong understanding of the e-commerce industry.
• Experience in a SaaS environment is an advantage.
• Strong commercial acumen, including experience in partner activation, upselling, and indirect sales channels, with exposure to performance marketing and agency-led lead generation.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Fluent Spanish (C2) and good English skills (B2).
