Growth & Strategy Manager (m/f/d)

Who We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience , ideally in management consulting, high-growth startups, business strategy, growth, e-commerce or a similarly demanding environment.
• Strong academic background in business, economics, management or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated ability.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong commercial thinking.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects, influence stakeholders and deliver measurable business results.
• Entrepreneurial, ambitious and comfortable taking initiative and responsibility.
• Someone who doesn't just identify problems but actively develops and implements solutions.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the potential to lead people and teams.
• Fluent German (C1+) OR Mandarin Chinese (equivalent professional fluency) is mandatory.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Willingness to work primarily on-site with our team in Berlin.

Experience with TikTok Shop, livestream commerce, affiliate marketing or social commerce is a strong advantage, but not required. We're particularly interested in candidates who combine analytical and commercial thinking with hands-on experience scaling digital businesses.

You don't need to be an expert in every marketing channel. What matters most is your ability to learn quickly, take ownership and turn opportunities into measurable results.
