Job requirements

• Technical Expertise : Several years of experience in a similar role within rigid packaging
• Project Leadership : Proven track record in managing international packaging projects and collaborating across functions
• Educational Background : Degree in Packaging, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
• Hands-on Knowledge : Practical experience with rigid packaging (e.g., metal tins, lids, glass jars) and strong understanding of packaging technologies
• Personal Skills : Proactive mindset, excellent communication, and a structured, solution-oriented approach
• Language Skills : Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Flexibility : Willingness to travel internationally up to 50%
