Strategy Consultant (f/m/d) - Siemens Advanta

Ready to shape strategy where it matters? As a **Strategy Consultant (f/m/d)**, you'll take on real responsibility from your first project - from concept to implementation across industries like Automotive & Batteries, Consumer Packaged Goods, Electronics & Semiconductor, Life Sciences and Power Utilities. Backed by Siemens technologies, you'll solve complex problems where strategy meets the real-world and make your mark both for our clients and within Siemens itself.

• *What we offer you**
• Attractive remuneration package
• 30 leave days and a variety of flexible working models that allow time off for yourself and your family
• Share matching programs to become a shareholder of Siemens AG
• Continuous Learning: Benefit from specialized training and daily challenges to keep your expert knowledge up-to-date
• Innovative Environment: Be part of a team that values innovation and continuous improvement

Since each of over 300,000 team members feels that other benefits are particularly important, and we cannot list our entire benefit portfolio here, you can find more information [here](https://www.siemens.com/de/en/company/jobs/benefits-what-we-offer.html).

The individual benefits are subject to regulatory, contractual, or corporate conditions.

• *You'll make an impact by**
• **Owning core project modules.** Scoping the problem, running quantitative and qualitative analyses, and delivering recommendations your team and client can build on, with real responsibility from your very first project onward.** **
• **Building AI into the answer, not next to it.** Treating agentic systems, industrial copilots, and applied analytics as core components of client demands. You apply critical thinking and human judgment to determine where AI creates measurable value and where it doesn’t, challenging outputs and validating assumptions rather than taking AI-generated answers at face value.
• **Working directly with decision-makers.** Regular exchange with C-level executives and their teams, plus interviews and workshops that surface real disagreement instead of polite consensus.
• **Seeing your work go live. **Because implementation sits under the same roof, your recommendations move from slide to pilot to rollout, across our industry units.
• **Shaping Siemens from within.** Alongside client work, you take on transformation topics inside Siemens, a perspective on industrial transformation you won't get from client work alone.
• *This is how you'll win us over**
• **Consulting experience:** Minimum two internships at a strategy consultancy, or first professional experience in the field.** **
• **Academic Excellence:** Strong Master's, or MBA with a quantitative or technical core, or from a top business school.** **
• **AI in practice:** AI is embedded in your daily work and problem-solving approach. You instinctively judge where technology creates real business value and where it doesn’t. Hands-on experience with agents, LLM applications, or data products is a big plus.** **
• **Global Mindset:** International exposure gained through studies, internships, or work experience abroad.** **
• **Analytical skills:** Ability to build defensible recommendations on incomplete data and explicitly state underlying assumptions.** **
• **Languages Proficiency:** Fluent German (min. C1) and English (min. C1), both required. Many of our client discussions happen in German, so English alone is not sufficient for this role.

You are much more than your qualifications, and we believe in the potential of every single candidate. We look forward to getting to know you!

At Siemens, we believe that feeling valued and included is the foundation for doing great work. That’s why we aim to create an inclusive workplace where everyone feels a sense of belonging, and where individual perspectives and experiences are celebrated. Our commitment to fairness and respect extends to every applicant.

As an [equal opportunity employer](http://www.siemens.com/global/en/company/sustainability/social-commitments/belonging.html), we welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds and particularly encourage applications from persons with disabilities. In the case of equal qualifications, severely disabled applicants and applicants with equivalent status will be given preference.
