YOUR DAY AT GLANCE

• You will collaborate in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment where your experience and hands-on attitude are valued

You will set up and maintain our AWS cloud infrastructure, align them with best-practice standards using infrastructure as code, and support the rollout of new payment products and services from an infrastructure perspective

You will support releases and ensure the reliable operation of CI/CD pipelines, including up-to-date compliance and security checks for our builds and deployments

You will further develop our data pipeline and integrate it with other systems

You will leverage Datadog features to monitor changes to our infrastructure

You will contribute to IT Operations activities during the rollout of products to new markets and use cases

You will collaborate with Mercedes-Benz Group IT specialists and external providers to co-create innovative solutions and contribute to AI-based IT Operations solutions at Mercedes pay

You will play a key role in ensuring the operational excellence of our global payment platform

Qualifikationen

WHAT WE EXPECT

• You have a strong passion for IT and bring an open-minded, highly motivated attitude
• You have strong solution-oriented, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• You are proficient in cloud service architecture best practices and have experience writing infrastructure as code
• You are proficient in Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm, and have experience in software development (e.g. Java), Git SCM, and the Atlassian toolchain
• You have successfully completed a relevant degree in Computer Science or have equivalent professional experience
• You are willing to participate in an on-call rotation
• You have knowledge of IT security best practices and common standards
• You are fluent in business English and technical English
