### **Aufgaben und Pflichten:**

• Unterstützung bei der Steuerung des Schichtbetriebs in einer Serienfertigung
• Mitwirkung bei der Einsatzplanung und Teamkoordination im Produktionsbereich
• Unterstützung der Produktionsleitung bei der Umsetzung von Produktionszielen
• Identifikation und Mitwirkung bei der Behebung von technischen und organisatorischen Problemen
• Unterstützung bei einfachen Störungsbehebungen und Koordination von Maßnahmen im Produktionsprozess
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Arbeitsanweisungen
• Kommunikation zwischen Schichtmitarbeitern, Technik und Produktionsleitung
• Förderung eines strukturierten und effizienten Arbeitsumfelds im Team

### **Erforderliche Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen:**

• Erfahrung in der industriellen Produktion (z. B. Fertigung oder Serienproduktion)
• Praktische Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeit
• Erste Erfahrung in der Koordination von Arbeitsabläufen oder Teams von Vorteil
• Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift erforderlich
• Fähigkeit, Probleme im Produktionsprozess zu erkennen und lösungsorientiert zu handeln

### **Assistant to Production Management (m/f/d) – Full-Time, Permanent**

Are you a hands-on professional with solid experience in plant operations and mass production?

We are looking for an **Assistant to Production Management** to support daily production activities and contribute to the smooth execution of operational processes. This position plays an important role in ensuring productivity, quality, and efficient workflows across shifts.

In this role, you will support the coordination of shift operations, assist in team organization, and help maintain effective communication between shopfloor staff and production management. You will contribute to identifying issues, supporting the implementation of solutions, and improving overall production processes.

### **Responsibilities:**

• Support the coordination of shift operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Assist in team allocation and shift planning within the production area
• Support production management in achieving daily production targets
• Identify and assist in resolving operational and technical issues during shifts
• Support basic troubleshooting and coordinate actions to minimize downtime
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures
• Maintain effective communication between shopfloor staff, technical teams, and management
• Contribute to a structured and efficient working environment

### **Required Skills and Qualifications:**

• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments (mass production preferred)
• Hands-on working attitude with strong problem-solving skills
• Initial experience in coordinating workflows or supporting team activities is an advantage
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Ability to identify issues and support practical solutions
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic understanding of machine operations or troubleshooting is a plus
