Our farm butchery is part of a family-run agricultural business where quality, sustainability, and animal welfare come first. We exclusively slaughter animals from our own species-appropriate livestock farming — stress-free and transparent. Processing takes place directly on the farm, following traditional craftsmanship.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Meat Cutter / Meat Processor, full-time or part-time.

Your Responsibilities:

• Professional cutting and processing of beef and pork from our own slaughter
• Primary and detailed cutting according to traditional methods
• Preparing meat cuts for further processing or sale
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards
• Assisting with product presentation and packaging

Your Profile:

• Experience in meat cutting or processing, ideally with a traditional butchery background
• A strong sense of responsibility when handling high-quality food products
• Careful, hygienic, and precise working methods
• Interest in regional and sustainable food production
• Team spirit, reliability, and motivation
