take technical ownership for the reliable operation, monitoring and continuous improvement of AI-powered applications in production
investigate incidents, perform root cause analyses and resolve issues across Python backends, React frontends, APIs, databases and AI integrations
implement bug fixes, hotfixes and technical improvements while ensuring high code quality through testing, peer reviews and CI/CD processes
optimize application performance, monitoring, logging, alerting and resilience while automating recurring operational activities
collaborate closely with AI engineers, cloud teams, platform teams and business stakeholders to support deployments, hypercare phases and operational excellence
maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides and operational runbooks while supporting knowledge transfer and long-term application stability

YOU...
have a completed vocational training, university degree, or equivalent professional experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical field
bring strong professional experience in Python backend development, including FastAPI, Flask or comparable frameworks, as well as debugging and maintaining complex codebases
possess solid expertise in REST APIs, PostgreSQL, SQL, data modeling, automated testing and collaborative Git-based development workflows
have hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native applications, monitoring tools and distributed systems; AWS experience is considered a strong advantage
understand AI-powered applications, including LLM integrations, RAG concepts, vector databases and AI service architectures, and are fluent in English with excellent communication skills in an international environment
