Support Global Brand Managers on product launches, Limited Editions and entertainment collaborations. Learn how global projects move from concept to execution
Explore TikTok, Instagram and beauty trends. Practise turning pop culture, consumer behaviour and competitor moves into actionable brand insights
Create launch materials, toolkits, assortment overviews and PR unboxing concepts. Discover how global marketing equips local markets to bring campaigns to life
Join creative sprints and pitch ideas for products, sensory experiences, community activations and sustainability. Explore how a brand develops its next chapter
Currently enrolled in a university program in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, Design or a related field
Enthusiast
A passion for cosmetics. Internship experience in Beauty, FMCG, Fashion or Digital Marketing is a plus
An interest in consumer behaviour, cultural trends and what makes brands resonate on social platforms
Creative energy, a reliable and organised approach, and attention to tasks and timelines
A willingness to learn, contribute ideas and take initiative, with clear communication and attention to detail
An eye for design, PowerPoint skills and analytical thinking to support your ideas
Fluent English, written and spoken. Additional languages are a bonus
Ready to join our dynamic, fast-paced team in person. Some of the work must be done on-site at our headquarters in line with company regulations
YOUR SALARY
Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.270 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 20,73€ per hour.
