Enterprise Account Executive (m/w/d) - Germany

EVERYONE IS BUYING AI. ALMOST NOBODY IS GETTING VALUE OUT OF IT.

Enterprise AI spend doubled last year. 56% of CEOs say it is not delivering. The tools are not the problem. The people meant to use them are not equipped, and no vendor has solved that.

That gap is the market we build in. The foundation layer and the application layer of AI are crowded. The adoption layer, the part that turns spend into output, belongs to nobody yet. We go after it from both sides at once, the technology and the people using it, which is not what anyone else in Germany is doing.

WHO WE ARE

Multiverse is the upskilling platform for AI and tech adoption, founded in 2016 by Euan Blair and now 800+ people strong. We have partnered with over 1,500 companies, and our 40,000+ learners have driven more than £2bn of verified ROI for their employers. In April 2026 we raised $70m led by Schroders Capital, with StepStone Group, Lightspeed Venture Partners and General Catalyst, at a $2.1bn valuation. That round made us Europe's first EdTech double unicorn.

In Germany we operate as Multiverse StackFuel, with an accredited product and enterprise customers already in the market. You get that local traction plus Multiverse's GTM leadership, playbooks and enterprise firepower proven in the UK.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts in Germany and run the full cycle from first touch to signature. Greenfield, deals into the millions, a German enterprise TAM north of €5bn.

What you sell is AI adoption itself, delivered on our own platform, run against a company's real data and real workflows, and measured in business outcomes rather than completion rates. The product side is where we are investing hardest right now. Our CPO Jay Richman joined from Spotify and Amazon to build human-centric AI rather than another tool.

What makes it work is the piece most AI vendors skip. We put people at the centre of the transformation instead of the technology. That is why your buyers are CIOs, Chief AI Officers and CHROs at the same table, and why this lands on the CEO agenda instead of in the L&D budget.

• Win new logos in Germany's largest enterprises, with engagements at C-level and C-2
• Grow existing accounts into strategic key accounts through upsell, cross-sell and a long-term value approach
• Build champions systematically and multi-thread across IT, AI, transformation and HR
• Master the Multiverse GTM playbook and MEDDICC, both imported from the UK business and proven at scale
• Diagnose what is actually blocking your prospect's AI transformation, then connect our solution to their strategic priorities in language their board uses
• Work with Customer Success, Marketing and Product to turn wins into measurable outcomes and references

WHAT YOU BRING

• 3+ years closing experience in enterprise B2B sales, ideally SaaS or technology
• A real track record in new business, not just managing inbound or renewals
• You can build and run a full end-to-end sales process without a safety net
• MEDDICC or a comparable qualification framework in your muscle memory
• Consistent top performance in previous roles, with visible target orientation and a drive to win
• High energy and a habit of raising your own bar before anyone else does
• Fluent German and strong English, written and spoken
• Genuine interest in where AI is heading and how it translates into capability inside large organisations

You do not need an education background. You need to know how to sell complex value into large organisations and want a product where the business case is not a stretch.

HOW WE WORK

Four operating principles run the company, and they are how we hire, work and measure performance.

• Solve for customer value. Every decision starts with what this is worth to a paying customer.
• Be decisive, even in ambiguity. Speed is the strategy. We do not stall waiting for certainty.
• Drivers, not passengers. Own the outcome and bring people with you.
• AI to deliver outcomes. AI is our engine, not an add-on. We aim to be the defining case study for our own customers.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Competitive package with base salary and performance-based commission, no cap on ambition
• Equity, so you own a piece of what you are building
• GTM leadership that has done this before with previous IPO experience
• An intensive two-week AI onboarding, then a dedicated budget and time for your own development
• Hybrid working with modern offices in Berlin, Munich and Düsseldorf, plus a work-from-anywhere scheme of up to 10 days a year
• Regular coaching and feedback, because we hire people who want to get better

HOW WE HIRE

1. Intro call with Talent

2. Interview with your Hiring Manager, Regional Director

3. Interview with Frank Wenzel, VP GTM Germany (LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/frank-wenzel/)

4. Final challenge interview with a panel

You will be assessed against our Behaviour and Achievement framework, so come with evidence of impact rather than a list of responsibilities.
