Quality Engineer COE (m/f/d)

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
• Advanced knowledge of quality management principles and quality core tools such as APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plans and problem-solving methodologies.
• Self-driven, flexible, structured and persistent work style with the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.
• Strong ability to communicate factually and appropriately with all internal and external stakeholders, mainly in English.
• Skills such as risk and change management, coaching, team facilitation, also in difficult situations.
• Strong digital mindset with an affinity for data analytics, AI-enabled quality processes, and enterprise systems.
