Senior Design Engineer – Fixture & Tooling (all genders)

• A solid foundation: Completed degree or training as a design engineer, technical product designer, state-certified technician in mechanical engineering or a related degree
• On the job experience: You have several years hands-on experience in designing special-purpose machinery, fixtures and toolings and you know what matters in day-to-day industrial operations.
• Drawing and CAD confidence: Skilled in creating technical drawings and using modern CAD tools. Experience with SolidWorks is a plus.
• Manufacturing mindset: Familiar with production processes such as CNC machining (milling, turning), and design for manufacturability is second nature.
• Curiosity & drive: You love solving problems, exploring new technologies and designing elegant, practical solutions.
• Strong communication: Fluent in English and German, both in the workshop and with cross-functional teams.
• Composites experience (nice to have): Familiarity with fibre-reinforced plastics and their processing methods gives you an edge.
