• Experience: You have at least 2 years of experience in management/data consulting or in-house roles, with a proven track record of participating in data/AI strategy, cloud transformation, or applied AI/Machine Learning projects.
• Data & AI Fluency: You possess a strong affinity for data management and modern AI technologies. You are familiar with concepts like Generative AI, LLMs, or predictive analytics and are eager to bridge the gap between business needs and AI deployment. Ideally, you have hands-on experience in AI use case conceptualization or data platform tracking.
• Business & analytical mindset: You combine strong analytical skills with a business-oriented perspective. You enjoy identifying business problems and translating them into practical AI and data-driven solutions.
• Technical skills: You are confident using Excel and PowerPoint. Hands-on experience with statistical tools, BI software, or programming languages such as SQL, R, or Python to explore and prepare data is a strong plus.
• Communication & collaboration: You communicate complex technical topics clearly in both German and English. You enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and collaborating across different levels and functions (e.g., translating requirements between business stakeholders and data scientists).
• Personal attributes: You are proactive, structured, and solution-oriented, with a strong client focus and stakeholder understanding. You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy solving complex problems.
• Work Eligibility: A valid work permit for Germany.
