What Makes You Stand Out

Must-have

• Student in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
• Initial experience with or strong interest in social media, video content, and storytelling
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and/or YouTube
• Creative, proactive working style with a strong hands-on mentality
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken

Nice-to-have

• Initial experience with video editing apps (CapCut, Edits, TikTok, etc.)
• Interest in paid social or boosting organic content
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics or project management tools
• Passion for fitness, wellbeing, and a healthy lifestyle
