To support our growing organisation we are currently looking for a charismatic and negotiation-strong leader who will take responsibility for Strategic Procurement in the freight wagon environment while professionally steering our GCU Claim Management.

Team Lead GCU Claim Handling & Strategic Procurement (m/f/d)

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and further develop the Strategic Procurement function
• Establish, negotiate, and conclude framework agreements with Railway Undertakings (RUs), logistics service providers, material suppliers, and refurbishment workshops
• Functional and disciplinary leadership of the European GCU (General Contract of Use) Claim Handling Team
• Full responsibility for claim management in line with the GCU, including escalation handling
• Develop and implement sustainable procurement strategies
• Monitor KPIs, manage suppliers, and assess risks
• Collaborate closely with Technical Operations, Market Operations, Finance & Controlling, and Legal
