Description and Requirements

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will support some of Lenovo's largest and most strategic global customers, driving revenue growth and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Working closely with Global Account Managers (GAMs) and cross-functional teams, you'll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing day-to-day sales activities, and helping customers maximize the value of Lenovo's complete portfolio of solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day inside sales activities for an assigned portfolio of global customer accounts.
• Partner with Global Account Managers (GAMs) to drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships.
• Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and sales solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and support deal progression through to closure.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across Lenovo's full portfolio of products and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide proactive account support, including product information, follow-up, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment with Lenovo's global sales strategy.

What You'll Bring

• Fluency in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills (additional languages are a plus).
• Previous experience in inside sales, account management, sales support, or a customer-facing commercial role.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Experience working with CRM tools, Salesforce.com, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven, proactive, and motivated to exceed sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to working across teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
