Your tasks

JOB DESCRIPTION Your primary responsibility as an Operations Manager Assistant will be to provide top-notch support to the Facilities and Logistics team. Key tasks include maintaining personnel records, drafting essential documents, updating HR databases, validating employee timesheets, and arranging travel accommodations as needed. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, both in physical and digital formats.
• Draft contingency offers, offer letters, extension letters, and termination letters.
• Create letters of recommendation and letters of reprimand.
• Update HR databases with new hires, separations, vacation, and sick leave information.
• Provide comprehensive orientations for new employees, including sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies.
• Complete In-Processing packages for new hires.
• Process Out-Processing documentation for outgoing personnel.
• Arrange travel accommodations and manage the department's telephone center.
• Review and process expense reports for personnel.
• Manage employee queries related to HR topics, such as W2s and paystubs.
• Promote internal communication through reports and presentations.
• Participate in HR projects and organize team events.
