As a WORKING STUDENT , I support our Value Stream Ancillaries in enhancing the Lufthansa Group's digital travel experience. My focus is on Customer Support & Refunds for 3rd Party Ancillaries and Lounges, combining daily operations with AI-driven process improvements.
