Senior Solutions Engineer

What we look for

• You have experience in presales/technical sales, in a B2B SaaS or IT services company. Ideally, in the world of e-commerce, content management or master data management.
• Fluency in German and English.
• An in-depth understanding of sales principles and the ability to apply them to various situations.
• Advanced problem-solving skills: an ability to anticipate and proactively address potential issues, as well as effectively communicate solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience in identifying and resolving complex technical issues, optimizing processes and workflows, and driving innovation.
• Active listening: demonstrate your understanding, and effectively communicate with prospects and colleagues.
• Ability to identify and address underlying issues that may be driving objections and provide innovative and creative solutions to overcome them.

Interview process

• 30-minute Interview with a member of our Talent Acquisition team
• Meet your future manager! This 45-60 minute interview with the Director of Solutions Engineering will allow you to go in-depth into what the role entails and discuss your experience and skills.
• Meet the Regional VP of Sales. In this 30-minute call, the VP of Sales will dig deeper into your experience working with a Sales team and will give you more information about the dynamic between sales and solution engineering.
• Briefing: A future peer will brief you on the next step, the presentation.
• Present! Run an example presentation session to show your skills in this important part of the PreSales role and share how you would prepare for the next step demo.
