Tasks

As a " Technical Sales Consultant (m/f/d/x) Cloud Solutions” , you will advise key customers on your product portfolio and support sales teams as required. They develop suitable solutions, support the sales process and ensure that customer projects in the South - Munich/Nuremberg region (Large Enterprise segment) are successfully implemented.

Your responsibilities include:

Analyze customer requirements and create individual solution concepts and offers
Develop sales and account plans together with account managers and acquire customer projects

Sell products, services and tailor-made solutions and assist in concluding contracts

Coordinate customer projects, manage resources and manage escalations

Manage strategically important projects and, if necessary, coach sales account managers professionally

You have a degree in computer science, industrial engineering or economics or have comparable vocational training in a suitable subject area. Alternatively, you have additional subject-specific training or several years of professional experience in sales or technical consulting . You also understand cloud computing concepts and technologies.

They also have the following know-how:

At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in technical sales, presales, technical sales or consulting as well as solid sales experience
Demonstrable practical experience in cloud computing, ideally with AWS, Azure or Open Telekom Cloud; appropriate certifications are an advantage
In-depth ICT expertise in artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud computing
Experience in preparing offers and in the technical management of complex ICT tenders and bidding processes
Experience in managing strategically oriented projects
Good knowledge of classic and agile cooperation and project management methods, such as Scrum and Kanban
Detailed knowledge of the market, technology and competitive environment as well as modern IT security and compliance standards in the enterprise environment
Distinctive customer and service orientation as well as pleasure in building relationships with key customers and advising them in line with their needs
Negotiation skills and final security in contract negotiations and the presentation of complex technical solution concepts
Methodological competence, a results-oriented way of working and fluent spoken and written German language skills
