hold a strong academic background (Masters degree) in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; certifications such as GIAC GPEN, OSCP, OSWE, CRTP, eJPT, or CREST are a plus
bring solid professional experience in penetration testing within large-scale industrial or enterprise environments, including hands-on expertise in areas such as application security, Active Directory attacks, EDR/antivirus evasion, C2 frameworks, or security automation; experience in CTFs, bug hunting, or vulnerability research (CVEs) is a plus
have strong scripting and programming skills in languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, or C/C
demonstrate a strong interest in cybersecurity trends and continuously develop your technical skills in a fast-evolving environment
bring an international mindset, are open to occasional travel, and possess strong German and English language skills, both written and spoken
