As a Data Analyst and AI Expert in Business Support & Improvement, you integrate data, develop analytical models and communicate findings that support business needs. You connect business functions, the data ecosystem and the solutions they require.
Your tasks
Extract and integrate structured and unstructured data from databases and data stores, based on data modelling provided by IT and focused on business needs to enable business excellence
Develop, test and implement suitable analytical models to identify meaningful patterns or trends in complex data sets and data types that support customer needs
Regularly analyze and improve model accuracy against business needs
Communicate findings through effective, easy-to-understand data visualizations adapted to the audience
Act as the interface between business functions, the data ecosystem and the requested solution
Coach the business function in a data-driven mindset
Actively contribute and share best practices, findings and techniques with the wider data community
Your profile
Degree in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering or business administration, in each case at least at Bachelor’s level
More than three years of professional experience in IT/information systems, more than two years in project management, more than three years in supply chain/logistics and more than three years in data analysis
Knowledge of detailed functions in Python and AI/LLM (Large Language Model)
Good knowledge of lean management and process management
English at negotiation level; German is an advantage
Knowledge of Google Workspace; experience with business intelligence tools, for example Power BI, Skywise or Tableau, is an advantage
Ability to quickly understand and analyze technical concepts and functionalities, analytical thinking, and an independent, structured and results-oriented approach to achieving objectives on time and coordinating workflows efficiently
Strong communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
