About the Job

Join us in reshaping the future of golf! With a team of over 85 passionate people, we're dedicated to our mission in revolutionizing the golf industry one swing at a time. Our international CRM team, based in Munich, is seeking a motivated Senior CRM Manager / CRM Lead (m/f/x) to become part of our company in a dynamic and innovative environment. Ready to embrace your Vice?

Skip the copy paste. Show us your swing

Your CV tells us what you’ve done. We want to understand why those experiences make you the right person for this role. So make your application your own: tailor your CV, tell us about your most relevant achievement, or surprise us with a short presentation. This isn’t a design contest, we’re interested in how you think, what you bring to the table, and what you want to achieve at Vice.

Your Fairway

Set the direction for CRM and retention, owning the strategy, roadmap and targets.
Lead and grow the CRM team while staying hands-on yourself, from building campaigns and automations to digging into the data.
Own the CRM budget and tech stack, deciding on tools, partners and where to invest.
Represent CRM at management level, aligning retention priorities with company goals and influencing decisions across the business.

Several years of experience in CRM, retention or lifecycle marketing, ideally in DTC or e-commerce.
Experience leading or mentoring people.
You enjoy both rolling up your sleeves and setting the direction, and you're comfortable switching between the two.
Strong hands-on knowledge of modern CRM and marketing automation platforms.
A data-driven mindset and confidence working with numbers to guide decisions.
Experience working across multiple markets. Experience with the US market is a plus.
Curiosity, a test-and-learn attitude and a drive to keep improving.
Fluent English. Additional languages are a plus.
A passion for golf is a bonus.

We embrace diversity and innovation. Our motley team comes from all backgrounds and perspectives, united by fresh and bold ideas.
Taking ownership from day one. Our ambitious vision relies on every individual stepping up to bring Vice Golf to the next level.
Make your work hours fit your life. Flexible work arrangements and remote work options cater to your work-life balance.
Grow with us. We place great emphasis on your personal development, where you benefit from not only regular performance feedback but also an annual training budget.
Escape the routine. Within the EU, you’re free to choose your workspace for two weeks a year.
Stay active. We’re invested in your well-being, subsidizing EGYM Wellpass so you can train for only 30 € a month.
Enjoy! Fuel your day with a varied selection of fresh meals and snacks from our Foodji.
Secure your (far) future! While retirement might seem distant to you, we’ve got you covered with options to enroll in our corporate pension plan.
Work hard play hard. Work on your golf skills and refine your swing on the state-of-the-art golf simulator and putting green in our office.
Enjoy the open bar. Have some Afterwork drinks on our rooftop while enjoying the view of the Alps.
