About this job

Introduction

Job description

Who we are Millions of people live with urological and gynecological conditions they nevertalk about. We are here to end that silence. Kranus Health is a digital therapeutics platform running in several countries across urology and gynecology. Our newest therapy, Kranus Mictera, treats urinary incontinence in women, a condition that affects one in three women and that almost no onetakes seriously. Our therapies are built together with leading clinicians and scientists, prescribed by doctors, and reimbursed by health insurers, whichmeans everything you ship reaches patients with a real diagnosis instead of a wellness audience. We are ~50 people, everyone here owns outcomes ratherthan tickets, and AI is a settled part of how we work, so you won't be stuck in 2022 tooling here. One platform, many therapies, 3 countries. Small team. Big impact. If you live and breathe change, you will feel at home here.

About us

PROVIDING VIRTUAL CARE IN UROLOGY

We are Kranus Health, a digital health company actively advancing virtual care in the field of urology. Together, we develop evidence-based digital therapies that provide people with location-independent access to specialized medical care. Our portfolio includes Kranus Mictera, our recently launched digital therapy for women, as well as Kranus Edera and Kranus Lutera for men.

With a strong market presence since our founding in 2020, we have become one of the best-funded digital health companies in Europe. This solid foundation enables us to continuously expand our therapeutic offerings and further develop sustainable digital care solutions in urology.

By combining medical expertise, modern technology, and personalized support, we close existing gaps in care and improve patient outcomes worldwide. Women and men receive exactly the support they need to regain their quality of life: simply, effectively, and discreetly.

The Role As our Product Manager in charge of our consumer-facing Digital Therapeutics, you will lead the way to transform our platform of therapies from good to first-class with taste. This is not a feature-shipping role. We want someone who thinks in user journeys, obsesses over behavior change, and can tell the difference between a product that works and one that genuinely moves patients forward. Your responsibilities

Therapy ownership: You own the full patient journey end-to-end – from the moment a doctor prescribes the therapy, through onboarding and the active therapy phase, to the point where patients feel a real difference and stay. AI is part of the work and part of the product – but it's a means to an end, not the goal itself.
Behavior & retention: You apply proven knowledge of habit loops, nudges, feedback systems, and engagement mechanics to drive sustainable usage.
Mobile ownership: You own our therapy apps across urology and gynecology end-to-end.
App Store excellence: You treat ratings, store presence, and ASO as core product levers, and actively optimize the funnel from impression to activation.

Mobile expertise: Hands-on product management experience with consumer mobile apps.
Platform fluency: You understand the technical realities of iOS and Android and know how to work with them – not around them.
Data & AI fluency: You use AI to move fast, know when it's hallucinating, and back every decision with analytics and experiments, because you own the outcome.
Languages: Fluent in German and English.
High agency: You naturally push topics forward, bring people along, and don't wait to be asked.
Taste: You know what a great, beautiful, yet functional product needs to look like in 2026.
Optional – health or behavior background: Experience building patient-centric or behavior-change products, or genuine passion for it.

OUR SUPPORT AND YOUR BENEFITS

Trust - We believe in the talent we hire. You will receive a permanent contract. Home office is easily possible with us.
Body & Mind - You get an "Urban Sports Club" membership and your own leased bicycle at your free disposal.
Future - We support your company pension scheme and will be happy to explain the benefits to you.
Impact - work with meaning? Together with you we improve the health care of patients, every day.
Teamwork - You are part of a highly motivated team with flat hierarchies and a lot of fun at work.
