Qualifikationen

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches oder kaufmännisches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung (z.B. Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Vergleichbares)
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
• Ausgeprägtes strategisches Denken
• Tiefgreifendes technisches und wirtschaftliches Verständnis
• Fähigkeit, komplexe Situationen zu kontrollieren, den Fokus nicht zu verlieren und eine zielgerichtete Prioritätensetzung durchzuführen
• Hohes Kosten- und Qualitätsbewusstsein und lösungsorientiertes Denken
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Strukturierte Arbeitsweise im Team sowie eigenverantwortlich
• Hands-on Mentalität und Flexibilität
• Reisebereitschaft national und international
• Selbständige, dynamische Arbeitsweise, Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Belastbarkeit
• Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
