Profile

What do we expect?

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Agronomy, Environmental Science, Sustainable Development, International Development, Supply Chain Management, Land Management & Conservation, or related field required. Master's degree in a relevant discipline preferred
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in sustainability, responsible sourcing, agricultural development, supply chain programmes, or related disciplines
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-stakeholder programmes from strategy through implementation with accountability for measurable outcomes
• Experience and strong understanding of environmental and social sustainability topics within agricultural supply chains
• Knowledge of sustainability regulations, certifications, regenerative agriculture, deforestation, human rights due diligence, and greenhouse gas emissions
• Results-oriented with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity
• Strong ownership, accountability, and execution focus.
• Builds trusted relationships and collaborates effectively across diverse stakeholder groups
• International travel required, approximately 25% of working time
