About the Role

SMAY is expanding into the German market and looking for a Sales Manager to build our presence from the ground up. You will introduce the SMAY brand and product range to the German HVAC industry, develop the customer base, and represent us at trade fairs, with full support from our marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Introduce and position SMAY products in the German HVAC market
• Build and manage a network of customers, partners, and distributors
• Represent SMAY at industry trade fairs and events
• Analyze the competitive landscape and market conditions
• Propose and implement a sales and pricing strategy for the German market
• Work closely with the marketing team on local campaigns and materials
• Report on market feedback, sales performance, and growth opportunities
