Über Sereact Wir entwickeln die Technologie, mit der Roboter in der echten Welt sehen, verstehen und handeln können. Unsere Roboter arbeiten in Lagern und Fabriken, nicht nur im Labor.

Deine Aufgaben

• Roboter per Controller steuern und Aufgaben sauber und gleichmäßig ausführen
• Aufnahmen am PC prüfen und kennzeichnen (wir zeigen dir genau, wie)
• Einfache, vorgegebene Abläufe am PC ausführen
• Kurz notieren, wenn etwas nicht wie geplant läuft: was passiert ist und wann
• Eng mit deinem Team zusammenarbeiten

Das bringst du mit

• Keine Ausbildung und keine Vorerfahrung nötig
• Gute Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse
• Geduld, Konzentration und eine ruhige Hand, auch bei wiederkehrenden Aufgaben
• Grundlegende PC-Kenntnisse (E-Mails schreiben und Dateien speichern reicht völlig)
• Zuverlässigkeit und Pünktlichkeit
• Bonus: Du zockst gern mit Controller? Dann hast du oft schon ein gutes Gefühl für Steuerung und Timing.

Das bieten wir

• 2.500 € brutto/Monat während der 3- bis 6-monatigen Einarbeitung, danach bis zu 65.000 € brutto/Jahr

We’re growing our team and hiring 15 new colleagues. Rolling start dates.

What is this job? You sit at your workstation and use a controller to steer a real robot arm, a lot like playing a video game. You pick up items, sort parts or pack boxes. The robot learns from your movements, so you’re teaching it how work gets done in warehouses and factories. No coding and no degree needed. We’ll train you from scratch.

About Sereact We build the technology that lets robots see, understand and act in the real world. Our robots work in warehouses and factories, not just in the lab.

What you’ll do

• Control robots with a controller and carry out tasks cleanly and consistently
• Review and label recordings on the PC (we’ll show you exactly how)
• Follow simple, predefined workflows on the computer
• Make a quick note when something doesn’t go as planned: what happened and when
• Work closely with your team

What you bring

• No formal training or previous experience required
• Good German or English
• Patience, focus and a steady hand, even with repetitive tasks
• Basic computer skills (sending emails and saving files is enough)
• Reliability and punctuality
• Bonus: Do you like gaming with a controller? Then you probably already have a good feel for control and timing.

What we offer

• €2,500 gross/month during the 3- to 6-month onboarding period, then up to €65,000 gross/year

Location Stuttgart-Vaihingen, on-site. Remote work isn’t possible because you work directly with the robots.
