• Commercial numerical understanding and judgment rather than pure reporting of numbers
• Fluency in spoken and written German and English
• Several years of professional experience (3+ years) in business operations, consulting, chief of staff, commercial, and program management, or comparable experience in complex organizational areas is preferred
• A background in performance marketing, content, or e-commerce technology is an asset but not a requirement
• Organizational talent to bring five teams together, identify dependencies early on, and ensure alignment before a gap turns into a problem
• Critical mindset to challenge the status quo, contribute your own ideas, and actively help shape the future rather than just following plans
• Structured thinking with foresight
• Strong communication skills to convince experienced team leads on an equal footing and think creatively with them about the future, while still giving them the space to apply their technical expertise
• A passion for golf is a plus, but not a requirement
