Non-Negotiables

• 6+ years of commercial experience in FMCG, Luxury or Consumer Goods
• Hands-on Amazon and/or major E-Retail Key Account management experience - Vendor Central, JBPs, Trade Terms negotiations
• Proven P&L ownership at senior level
• First people leadership experience
• Fluent English; German a strong advantage
• Active ownership, full-range execution and results-orientation

Technical Skills That Set You Apart

• Confident commercial negotiator - trading terms, JBPs, investment frameworks
• Amazon Advertising fluency: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP, AMC
• Digital Shelf expertise: content, SEO, search, brand store management
• Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities - you make decisions from data
• Channel strategy + hands-on execution - you operate at both levels without being asked
