### Your Responsibilities

• Lead group and personal training sessions
• Teach and coach with a focus on **stand-up martial arts**
• Help members improve technique, fitness, and discipline
• Motivate and support clients in achieving their goals
• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude toward members

### Your Profile

• Experience in **stand-up martial arts**, such as:
• MMA
• Kickboxing
• Boxing
• Fitness Boxing
• Confident, professional, and customer-oriented personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• German and English language skills are an advantage
• **Age is not important** – applicants **35+ are warmly encouraged to apply**
