Exyte is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager (m/f/d) for a large-scale project in Germany. The role is responsible for leading all project quality activities across CSA and MEP disciplines, as well as managing the site quality team. Close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners is essential to ensure the highest quality standards throughout project execution. Your responsibilities will include:

• Identify and analyze customer-specific requirements, and recommend process improvement strategies across all projects.
• Develop and standardize QA program for projects according internal and customer requirements.
• Identifying process improvements that will increase quality with projects, and provide process improvement ideas to the Regional Quality Management Department.Lead, manage, and coordinate all quality-related functions within the project.
• Gather and organize statistical quality data across all projects.
