Introduction
Usercentrics is a global leader in data privacy and privacy-led marketing solutions. We believe there is no need for a trade-off between growth and privacy compliance. Our vision is to unlock the potential of data privacy to empower a thriving digital ecosystem. We work with companies to create a healthy balance between data-driven business and privacy-led marketing for every size of enterprise. Usercentrics is hiring a Business Data Analyst - Acquisition Marketing to join our Business Intelligence team.
AI-native by default
Usercentrics is pushing AI adoption across engineering, and we expect you to work this way from day one. You’ll direct AI coding agents and hold their output to the same bar as human-written code.
In this role you will act as a dedicated BI partner to the Demand Generation team, optimizing lead generation, campaign performance and acquisition strategies. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver measurable impact.
We're hiring a hands-on engineer to build and own production systems across our full stack. You'll ship real features and platform components, hold your work and your team's work to a high quality bar, and grow your technical scope over time.
How we build has changed. You'll spend less time typing syntax and more time specifying intent, directing AI coding agents, and reviewing what they produce.
You own the correctness of everything you ship, whoever or whatever wrote the first draft.
We hire at two levels, Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer. The level is set during the process based on your experience and the scope you've owned.
