If you're excited by emerging technologies, enjoy exploring new ideas, and want to help shape the future of healthcare, this could be the opportunity for you.
You will join Ambu's Discovery organization and play a key role in identifying and maturing future growth opportunities beyond our current product portfolio. Working at the intersection of healthcare, technology innovation, business creation, and digital capabilities, you will help uncover and evaluate ideas that could become Ambu's next generation of products, services, and business platforms.
Collaborating with colleagues across engineering, clinical, commercial, and innovation functions, you will engage with clinicians, researchers, hospitals, startups, and innovation ecosystems to understand unmet needs, explore technology trends, and translate insights into opportunity assessments, business cases, prototypes, and strategic recommendations.
This is a unique opportunity to combine technical curiosity, commercial thinking, and stakeholder engagement in a role that offers significant visibility and the chance to influence future strategic decisions. If you thrive in an environment where innovation, creativity, and collaboration are valued, we'd love to hear from you.
We believe the best ideas come from a mix of in-person collaboration and focused individual work. That's why this role is based in Augsburg and follows a hybrid working model, with three days per week in the office and two days working from home.
