Tax & Accounting Operations Assistant (f/m/d)

ABOUT YOU

• You have at least 3 years of working experience in an administrative, operational or coordination role, ideally in tax, accounting, finance, professional services or a comparable environment
• You are highly organised, reliable and comfortable managing multiple parallel tasks and deadlines
• You pay strong attention to detail and care about complete and accurate documentation
• You take ownership of open topics and proactively follow up with the relevant stakeholders
• You are comfortable working with modern digital tools and quickly learn new systems
• Experience with DATEV, Asana, Slack or similar workflow and collaboration tools is a plus
• You are curious about automation and AI and interested in using technology to improve everyday workflows
• You enjoy working across teams and communicating with different internal and external stakeholders
• You are pragmatic, hands-on and interested in improving how processes are organised
• You are fluent in German and English
