About this job

About Us

We at group.one support our clients worldwide through our various brands, with over 1,800 motivated employees across different fields, to help them succeed online.Whether through domains, websites, cloud servers, digital marketing support, or the Software as a Service (SaaS) model, we help our customers grow their online presence.

At Shore, we help people do what they love. Since 2012, we’ve been building all-in-one business software that takes the admin off the plates of service providers and retailers, from online booking and customer management, point of sale and payments. Businesses, from hair salons and beauty studios to health practices and shops, rely on us to run their day-to-day.

Your Role

We are looking for an experienced marketing leader who will be responsible for strategy and operational execution in the DACH market and will lead a team of five. The role involves taking ownership of results for SEO/AEO, paid media, social media, and marketing tracking, and working closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Excellence to support marketing decisions with robust data.

Technical and managerial leadership of a five-person marketing team: designer, marketing developer, performance & tracking manager, marketing manager, and part-time student working in social media
Responsibility for the overall marketing strategy in the DACH market—SEO/AEO, paid media, social media, and content—with a clear focus on pipeline and revenue growth
Management of organic marketing and communication with leads and existing customers (Shore Voice, lead nurturing, AEO, and SEO)
Overseeing the tracking infrastructure (HubSpot, GA4, n8n) and continuous data-driven optimization
Building and scaling AI-powered marketing and automation workflows, from outbound pipelines to internal reporting and analytics tools

Designing and executing pricing and packaging experiments to validate new monetization levers

Close cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Customer Excellence

Developing dashboards, models, and decision-making frameworks that enable marketing priorities to be implemented internally based on data

Several years of experience in a marketing leadership role, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
Experience leading a team of at least four to five people
Proven experience in SEO/AEO, performance marketing, and marketing tracking infrastructure
Hands-on experience using AI tools and automation (e.g., n8n, LLM-powered workflows) beyond basic prompting
Strong analytical skills; you make and defend decisions based on data rather than gut instinct
Experience in winning over stakeholders even without direct disciplinary responsibility
A direct, clear communication style and a high degree of initiative
Very good German and English language skills

In addition to a team that embodies teamwork, motivation, and a love for what we do, we also offer the following benefits:

Company Pension Scheme (Betriebliche Altersvorsorge)
Unforgettable Team Events
Bike-Leasing (Partnering with JobRad)
Discounted Prices for Urban Sportsclub Memberships
Permanent, Full-Time Position
Flexibility for your work-life balance: Hybrid work model with flexible hours
New, state-of-the-art offices at our locations

We are committed to fostering an inclusive and safe environment that is free from discrimination and harassment. We welcome talent in all its diversity. Your gender, background, age, beliefs, or personal history do not determine your opportunities with us—what matters to us is mutual respect, personal appreciation, and creating a work environment where motivation and collaboration thrive.

We are committed to supporting your personal and professional growth and recognizing you both as an individual and as a valued team member.

We look forward to growing alongside you and getting to know you
