Your profile

• University degree at Master’s level or equivalent in social sciences, humanities, international relations, education, management or another relevant field; a PhD is an advantage but not required
• Previous professional experience in higher education, international academic cooperation, university management or project coordination is an advantage
• Ability to work independently on new topics and to coordinate projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical, research and organisational skills
• Ability to structure complex information and prepare concise briefings, presentations and decision-making materials
• Excellent command of English and German, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and intercultural skills and the ability to interact effectively with academic staff, university management and international partners
• Structured, proactive and reliable working style with a high level of independence
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• Good command of Office 365, including MS Teams, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
