Customer Success Manager (f/d/m)

Requirements

• 2–7 years of experience in client-facing operations, enterprise account management, or B2B customer success, with a track record of driving flawless post-transaction execution.
• Exceptional project management capabilities and operational discipline, with the proven ability to structure complex deliverables and manage a broad, dynamic scope of responsibility.
• Highly analytical mindset with a strong command of data and reporting, capable of translating complex metrics into polished, reusable client-facing assets and frameworks.
• Polished verbal and written communication skills, with the executive presence required to confidently engage and align senior external stakeholders.
• Operational proficiency with Salesforce and modern CRM architecture to maintain rigorous data alignment across client management platforms.
• Fluency in German is a plus, alongside a foundational understanding of carbon markets, sustainability regulations, or evolving corporate climate frameworks.
